Safe Use Precautions
I. Warning
-
The electrolyte inside the battery is corrosive and may damage metal, cotton products, or stone. Handle with care.

Do not place the battery on its side or upside down to prevent acid leakage.

Hydrogen gas may be generated during battery operation and charging, which can cause an explosion if exposed to fire. Please follow the precautions below:
3.1 Use and maintain the battery in a well-ventilated area.
3.2 Keep away from sparks and open flames during maintenance.
3.3 If charging outside the vehicle, allow the battery to rest for at least 10 minutes after charging before installation to release hydrogen gas.
3.4 After riding, do not remove the battery immediately—wait at least 10 minutes.
3.5 During charging, ambient temperature should not exceed 45°C. If it does, reduce the charging current or allow cooling. -
DO NOT place metal tools or conductive materials near the terminals to avoid short circuits.

DO NOT strike the terminals with a hammer during installation.

Handle the battery carefully to avoid impact or dropping.
II. Installation and Maintenance

Always connect the positive (+) terminal first.
DO NOT reverse polarity, as it may damage the motorcycle’s electrical system.Caution:

Some batteries may not activate immediately due to differences in vehicle performance. Start the engine multiple times or gently apply throttle to activate.

Manual activation is recommended to ensure accurate date recording.

During acid filling, wear protective clothing such as acid-resistant gloves, boots, face shield, and protective clothing.
If acid contacts skin or clothing, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention if necessary. -
DO NOT over-discharge the battery. Recharge promptly after discharge.

Disconnect the negative terminal if the motorcycle will not be used for an extended period.

DO NOT check battery charge by short-circuiting the terminals.

Regularly check terminal connections and keep terminals clean to ensure good conductivity.

Store the battery in a dry, well-ventilated area, at a temperature between 5°C and 40°C, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Keep at least 2 meters away from heat sources and perform regular maintenance checks.
