Thanks for purchasing our products at crank1performance.com operated by Sachdeva International.

We do not offer any refunds, however for a genuine manufacturing defect is found we replace the product with a new one. The return window is 7 days from the day you receive the product. The product sent for replacement must be in intact condition, the same as you receive it and undamaged in any way. You can get the replacement from the nearest distributor/partner. If you do not have a dealer/distributor in your area then you will need to send back the item to us and the shipping cost will be borne by you(the customer only) Please contact customer care in case of any issues.

After we receive the product/item(s), our team of professionals will inspect it and process your replacement.

If the product is damaged in any way, if the packaging is opened, or you have informed us about the return after the warranty period, you will not be eligible for any replacement.
