We offer reliable and trusted shipping partners to ensure your order reaches you in the best possible condition. Our shipping methods include standard ground shipping within India.
We strive to keep shipping charges reasonable and transparent. Shipping fees are calculated based on the total value of your order . If your order value is below 5000 then courier charges will be applied. Above 5000 value shipping is free in all over India. Keep an eye on our website and social media channels for updates. (To be updated according to price cutoff).
The estimated delivery time depends on your shipping location and the method chosen during checkout. Standard ground shipping within India usually takes 3-7 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message on your email and/or WhatsApp containing tracking information. You can use this information to track the progress of your order until it reaches your doorstep.
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen weather conditions, holidays, or other logistical issues may cause delays. In such cases, you can coordinate with courier company & we will also try to assist you as needed.
It is crucial to provide accurate and complete shipping information during checkout. We will not be responsible for any delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Returns and Cancellations
We offer a seven-day return policy from the date of delivery but only if you preserve the original condition and packaging of the product. Nominal charges may be applied, to cover the cost of processing and handling the return.
Note:- All items to be returned must be unused and should be in their original condition with intact packaging.
Once you return a product to us, we will deduct the value of the courier & packing charges depend on the
Damaged/Defective/Incomplete/Wrong Order.
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Orders in stocks are shipped same day or next day if place before 3 PM. Ships India wide from our Delhi dispatch center.
Shipping Policy:- We ship all over India & near by countries also.
Shipping Term:- Orders are shipped on a cost + Freight (C&F) basis.
Courier Partners:- We use DTDC, Shree Tirupati Courier, Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbee, Ekart, Professional courier etc.
We’ll get the receipt from courier company next day after the dispatch, then we’ll share it with you immediately through Whatsapp.
Invoicing and Taxes
Yes the prices on the website are included taxes.
If you need a digital copy, please mention this in the Order Notes when placing your order, and we’ll email & whatsapp it to you. We also provide digital copies of past invoices upon request: Invoices older than 90 days may take longer to retrieve, as they are stored in archived systems. Additional processing time and applicable fees of ₹100 is levied. Please contact our support team with your order number to request a copy.
Please enter the GST details in your order either in the :- Company Section in your billing address. The credit shall be given to you for the same. We will not be revising the invoices if you did not enter it during checkout or entered wrong information. If you took a GST invoice and then returned something please note a credit note would be issued so that will also ping against your GST number. However please note we cannot be held liable/accountable for any loss of GST Credit please read terms and conditions for more details.
Payments
Don’t worry! Payment deducted but order not placed, or want to inquire about refund status? If your money got deducted, here is what happens next. PAYTM systems do a nightly reconciliation with the bank and intimate the merchant (CRANK1) on the next business day. Post that, either you would get an order confirmation sms/email or an automatic refund would be issued by the merchant that reflects in your bank account in 5-7 working days. So, be assured that your money is safe.
We process our payments via the payment service providers like PayTM, etc. Either way your money is safe. All we ask for is some patience. The whole process takes 5-10 working days by the banks. Here is how it looks like on our end :- We initiate the refund to the same account (account means card or bank or whatever you used) you paid from. We process the refund and its deducted from our account in one-two working day once credit note is issued. PAYTM takes one-two working day to process the refund. Now its all in your banks hand. They have the money with them and they credit it back to your payment method. Most bank takes a week some take up to ten days. Either way it is reflected in your bank account statement. so please be patient. This is how the timeline the whole country works on, not just us.
